• Providing Insurance Advisory Services, funded by the European Union's TACIS programme, to the Russian Federation and the All-Russian Insurers' Association.
• Initiating in the formation of The Compliance Clearing House to meet the requirements of the Financial Services Authority for the authorisation of Intermediaries.

Strategic issues have included Feasibility studies in markets as diverse as Chile, Philippines and Saudi Arabia.
