This is the most important aspect for building a knowledge base for good management in the future.
Clients and reinsurers gain confidence in a company when they know that the personnel are well trained and understand their business.
ISL have been instrumental in the promotion of interactive learning systems, as part of its belief in the importance that training must play in the future of the industry.
Full support is given by ISL to The Chartered Insurance Institute and its academic qualifications. However, there is also a need for more specialist and practical training.
